Below you will find the report version history. When a report is updated, a new version of the report is created. The report history allows you to see the changes between versions. You can select two versions of the report to compare. The fields that were changed between versions will be highlighted in yellow.

The translation of reports creates two separate versions which is why some reports may not seem to have any differences. In this case, only the language field below will be highlighted in yellow.

Company comments The National Centre for Nuclear Research (Maria) Reactor experienced an unexpected shutdown during a recent irradiation cycle. This required the reactor to stop the production cycle. As a result, Mo-99 supply for the upcoming generator production dates will change as follows: • Sunday, April 14: Generators will experience a moderate shortage in activity. • Monday, April 15: There will be a 24-hour delay in generator production; no activity is available. • Tuesday, April 16: A generator production run will be added. 100% of typical Monday orders can be filled and a moderate amount of extra activity will be available. • Wednesday, April 17: Normal generator production will occur. A small amount of extra activity may be available. This message is intended to provide visibility to the situation for planning purposes. We will provide more information, including the available activity for each production day, as we get closer to the specific dates. We certainly understand the impact this has on patient scheduling and apologize in advance for the delay and disruption in service. Thank you for your continued collaboration and support.
